LSAT Logical Reasoning

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This is a draft policy provided for launch and is pending final review. It may be updated before or after launch.

This policy describes how subscriptions to Logical Reasoning Lab are canceled and how refunds are handled.

1. Free plan

You can try Logical Reasoning Lab with a free diagnostic and a set of free practice questions, with no card required and nothing to cancel.

2. Canceling a paid subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal, which is managed securely through Stripe. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not cut off access mid-period when you cancel.

3. Refunds

Because access continues through the end of a paid period after cancellation, we generally do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, or you have a special circumstance, contact us through Support and we will review your request in good faith.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans are billed once per year at the rate shown at checkout. Cancellation stops the next annual renewal; refund requests for annual plans are handled case by case through Support.

5. Access (reduced-cost) plans

Reduced-cost Access plans follow the same cancellation and refund approach as standard plans.

6. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
